Dhatu Coconut Oil is cold pressed, raw and unfiltered. The smoke point of raw coconut oil is around 177 C and makes it an ideal choice for high to medium heat and raw cooking. Coconut oil is high in healthy saturated fats. This is ideal for Keto and Paleo diets as well. Because of the high saturated fats, coconut oil is less prone to oxidation which results in rancidifcation of the oil and there by increases the shelf life of the coconut oil. Our coconut oil can be used as a massage oil and also for hair application.
